As you may have noticed there is work being done around the outdoor pool at the Lake house. We are in the process of installing 3 sail shade structures. The concrete foundations were excavated and poured this week. The concrete will cure for about a week and the pole structures will be installed. The removed concrete pool deck will then be replaced which will take another week. Once this concrete has cured the sail shades will be attached to the pole structures. We anticipate that all of this should be completed in mid-April and we thank you for your patience as we work to make the Lake House pool more enjoyable.

Why did they wait until Spring Break to start the project? It is an eyesore for all the visitors . Why not done in February? Timing is everything……
