Q1: What is one interesting fact about you that would surprise people?
Kelly: I just turned 40!
Q2: What is your favorite post-workout meal?
Kelly: I need some good protein, like a chicken breast on salad with a yogurt-based ranch dressing.
Q3: What has been your favorite fitness certification?
Kelly: I recently earned my Barre Certification and I absolutely LOVE that modality! Such a fun and intense workout!
Q4. If you could take any certification that you don’t currently have, what would it be?
Kelly: I have had the privilege to attain many different fitness certifications including Pilates, Barre, Yoga, CrossFit, Water Aerobics and more…I have always wanted to earn a Nutrition Certification to complement the physical side of Wellness Training for my clients.
Q5: Who is someone that inspires you on a regular basis and why?
Kelly: My children. They inspire me to be the best version of myself as possible and to cherish every moment.
