Here’s your chance, and it’s easier than you think!
Our Couch to Half-Marathon Program is a 14-week training cycle based on the Jeff Galloway run/walk concept. Using this method, along with some simple and time-efficient cross training, you can safely train for and complete the half-marathon that you probably thought wasn’t possible!
Our group’s goal will be to complete the Kiawah Half-Marathon together on Saturday, December 9. Each week after the meeting, we’ll do our long runs as a group. You will also take home easy-to-follow training instructions to complete on your own before the next long run meet-up.
There will be an informational meeting at the Lake House in Osprey 2 on Friday, August 25th at 1:00 pm for anyone who thinks they may be interested in participating. If you are unable to attend the meeting and are interested, please contact Stacy Edwards at 843-224-8608 with questions.
