Seabrook Island Boot Camp is a new semi private series with four classes over four weeks beginning Thursday, September 14, 2017. Located at North Beach near Boardwalk 1, Seabrook Island Beach Boot Camp will challenge participants with a dynamic combination of cardio, strength, and anaerobic body weight exercises. The program can be structured for clients of different skill levels, because the exercises are easy to modify.
With Alison’s belief that fitness is built upon the philosophy of providing fun and dynamic training programs designed to enhance one’s health, wellness (both physical and emotional,) and physique in mind, Beach Boot Camp is geared towards anyone wishing to tone up, lose weight, increase lean muscle, and/or improve endurance and flexibility while challenging themselves and having fun in a beautiful natural beach environment.
Women and men of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate in this workout program where they will be able to experience the energy, motivation, and inspiration necessary to breakdown personal barriers, plateaus, and limitations while working at their own pace to achieve their personal goals.
The Semi Private Beach Boot Camp series is not part of the monthly group fitness schedule at The Lake House. This series has a minimum of six to begin and a maximum of ten participants. Registration is required. Please note, there are no drop-ins or refunds.
