Join Natasha Stevens, for a fun-filled 45-minute class that builds fitness and strength using free weights and resistance bands. Starting from a seated position, the class moves slowly towards standing, using the back of a chair for support and balance. With plenty of options for adaptations, the workout can be modified to fit any fitness level!
This semi-private series is not included as part of the monthly group fitness schedule at The Lake House. Space is limited to 10 participants.
