The Lake House has sent the schedule of exercise and fitness classes for the month of March. There is a wide variety of exercise and fitness classes geared to many levels and interests. The class instructors emphasize working at your own pace and often suggest different intensities so that you can choose how strenuous a workout you would like.
We are very fortunate to have a great group of instructors. You can read their biographies on the wall in the workout area.
In addition to the schedule, please note the following:
- Zumba will be suspended for the time being. Please continue to check the Tidelines Blog and weekly Eblasts for updates as they look for a substitute.
- RideSBI will be canceled on Saturday, March 3rd.
- Evening RideSBI will be canceled on Tuesday, March 6th
- Flow Yoga will be canceled on Thursday, March 29th.
