Changes to the Lake House March Fitness Class Schedule

Lake House Class Information

Beginning Friday, March 9, The Lake House is excited to announce two new classes:

*STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

with Alison Standard

Fridays at 9:15 am

An excellent class for improving muscle tone, strength and stamina! The class is easy to follow and utilizes interval style workouts that include weight training, cardio intervals, body weight functional training and core work! Participation will result in improved joint mobility, improved stability and greater muscle fiber recruitment, all which help to elevate and sustain metabolic activity, thus providing a great overall conditioning workout. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This allows you to work more in a shorter period of time and it’s much more comfortable than spending the entire workout at a high intensity.

*HIIT to be FIT

with Michelle Peterson

Wednesdays at 9:15 am

This class combines high energy cardio intervals with strength training and core conditioning. Choose high or low impact while still getting a great workout. Work your whole body and build stamina in this energizing class.

*Please note, the above classes will start Friday, March 9 and continue until Zumba is able to return.

March Lake House Fitness Class Cancelations:

Strength & Flexibility Express will be canceled on Wednesday, March 7. Please note, beginning Friday, March 9, Alison Standard will cover Strength & Flexibility Express on Fridays and Michelle Peterson will teach on Wednesdays.

Evening RideSBI will be canceled on Tuesday, March 6.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga will be canceled on Wednesday, March 28.

Flow Yoga will be canceled on Thursday, March 29.
