The Lake House has an abundance of ways to enable us to keep fit. The equipment, classes, and pools offer many different ways to do this.
It is important that we maintain the cleanliness and quality of the Fitness Center by following some simple rules:
- Wipe down the equipment after each use.
- Return weights to the racks provided. Do not throw the weights.
- Children 15 and below, MUST be under the direct supervision, and within arms reach of an adult.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- Shirts must be worn at all times. Swimsuits are not acceptable attire in the fitness center.
