July 2019 Fitness Schedule

Due to the Fourth of July Holiday events, all fitness classes at The Lake House will be canceled on the following days:
- Wednesday, July 3
- Thursday, July 4
- Friday, July 5
New Class begins on July 11: PiYoChi
Join Meagan Bergeron beginning on Thursday, July 11 at 4:05 pm for a brand new class, PiYoChi! Using a sequence of poses and exercises inspired by the traditional disciplines of Pilates, Yoga, and Tai-chi, in PiYoChi Flow, participants will develop balance, flexibility, and strength. Powerful, inspiring music drives the flow, and each class culminates with a brief relaxation of the mind and body. Requires ability to sit and stand on mat.
Semi-Private Flow Yoga Series continues at The Lake House for the month of July.
Dates: July 10, July 17, July 24, July 31 (Wednesdays)
Time: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Cost: $56 for the series

Please note, space in this semi-private series is limited to 10 participants and preregistration is required. Registration for the series includes all the classes listed. This series is not included in the monthly class pass. The fee will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account. No drop-ins. This series is available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.
Awaken your core, connect to your breath and learn to ‘flow’ with intention. This four week session will focus on alignment and build upon students’ knowledge of poses through flowing movement, with modifications available.
