Move Better Fitness Semi-Private Series

Are you ready to move with more confidence and stability?

It is time to gain that extra step by challenging and improving your core, posture, and balance through functional exercises.

Functional movements are essential components in all stages of life. Providing confidence and greater performance in all activities in one’s daily life while helping to prevent injury is the focus of this workshop. Everyday activities such as lifting groceries, being able to sit and stand, and even moving flowerpots, take strength and balance.

Moving better is fitness itself!

When: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, and 3/31 (Wednesdays) 
Time: 12:00 pm  
Cost: $60 (includes 5 classes listed above)

Pilates Semi-Private Series

This class will work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core.

When: 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, and 3/31 (Wednesdays) 
Time: 1:00 pm  
Cost: $60 (includes 5 classes listed above)

Please note, space in semi-private series is limited to 9 participants and preregistration is required.  Semi-private series are not included in the monthly class pass.  The fee will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account. No drop ins or refunds. Semi-private series are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.
