Lake House Fitness Class Schedule Update

Due to COVID-19 capacity limits, The Lake House will offer three of the most popular classes outside. This will allow more participants to attend the most popular classes. Outside classes will be in the far-left parking lot. The parking lot will be blocked off during the classes.

The following classes will be offered outside:

Get Pumped with Melissa Durinsky: Mondays at 11:00 am, beginning March 22, 2021.

Pure Stretch with Melissa Durinsky: Tuesdays at 12:00 pm, beginning March 23, 2021.

Cardio Mix with Melissa Durinsky: Wednesdays at 1:00 pm, beginning March 24, 2021.

Registration is not required for classes held outside. Classes will be canceled for inclement weather.

Zumba and PiYoChi return to the regular Lake House Fitness Schedule beginning Saturday, March 20, 2021

Zumba: Saturdays at 9:25 am. This is a dance fitness class taught by Meagan Bergeron and features exotic rhythms set to high energy, Latin and international beats.

Please note, Zumba will be located outside in the far-left parking lot.

PiYoChi: Saturdays at 10:30 am. Participants will be using a sequence of poses and exercises inspired by the traditional disciplines of Yoga, Tai-chi, and Pilates, and in PiYoChi Flow, to develop balance, flexibility, and strength. Powerful, inspiring music drives the flow, and each class culminates with a brief relaxation of the mind and body. Requires ability to sit and stand on mat. Class is taught by Meagan Bergeron.
