Lake House Fitness Semi-Private Series


Come join instructor Sarah Mae for the ride of your life! 
This semi-private series will start at 8:30 am on Saturday, June 19,2021. Space is limited, so sign up now to reserve your spot. Class will be held outside at the Lake House.  

What is Spin?

Spinning is a group exercise class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular and recovery training while on a stationary bike. Sarah Mae brings her passion for running to class with a mix of high intensity endurance and cardio driven rides.

Never taken a Spin class? 

No problem, the great thing about Spin is that you can enjoy the energy of a group class while tailoring the experience to your individual fitness level and goals. Each person controls his or her own RPM and resistance.

When:6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31
(No class on 7/3)
Time:Saturdays at 8:30 am
Cost:$60 for the series

Please note, semi-private classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

Pre-registration is required. There are no drop-ins or refunds. Semi-private classes are not included in the monthly class pass and the fees for the entire class will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account. Semi-private classes and workshops are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.
