Indoor/Outdoor Pools

The Outdoor Pool hours:
– Monday through Friday from 9:15 am to sunset.
– Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to sunset.

Fitness Classes

Class Changes/Cancellations
Southern Dance Party – canceled on Thursday, May 25. (Note: Next Southern Dance Party will be June 10 from 4:00 – 5:30 pm)

Vinyasa Flow Workshop – Option 1: Saturday, May 20 at 11:00 am; Option 2: Thursday, May 25 at 5:00 pm.
RideSBI – Saturdays, May 6, 20, and 27 at 8:30 am.
Yin Yoga -Option 1: Mondays, June 5 – June 26 at 5:15 pm; Option 2: Tuesdays, June 6 – 27 at 5:15 pm.
Chair Yoga Semi-Private – Wednesdays, June 7 – 28, at 2:30 pm.
Sit & Be Fit -Mondays & Fridays, June 5 – 30 at 3:00 pm.
Mind & Body Chair Fit-Mondays & Fridays, June 5 – 30 at 4:00 pm.
Social Fit Hybrid -Wednesdays, June 7 – 28 at 4:00 pm.
All Over Fit -Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, May 1 – June 2 at 8:30 am.
Fit Camp Evening Edition  – Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 2 – 30 at 5:30 pm.
