Do You Own A Self-Managed Rental Property?
SIPOA has implemented a new Community Access Management Software (CAMS) system called SymLiv. At the present time, this system replaces the current ABDI GateAccess system for Rental Guests Only. You will continue to use ABDI GateAccess for personal guests.
Per SIPOA Rental Policies, Procedures & Guidelines, each rental property must be registered annually with SIPOA. The SymLiv system will allow you to do that easily and online.
NOTE: SIPOA has been working directly with rental property managers on rental registrations. If you are a Rental Property Owner and use a rental management company, you do not need to register your property. Your rental company handles all rental guest procedures using the CAMS system for you and this email is informational only. Please reach out to your rental company to discuss any questions about your rental property.
