New Year’s Holiday Hours
SIPOA Administration Offices:
• New Year’s Eve – will close at noon on Wednesday, December 31.
• New Year’s Day – will be closed all day on Thursday, January 1.
• The SIPOA Daily Pass location will be closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, through Sunday, January 4, 2026. The main gate will be open 24/7, and passes can be obtained there.
• No contractor work will be allowed from Thursday, January 1, 2026, through Sunday, January 4, 2026.
• ARC/Commercial Access – will close at noon on Wednesday, December 31, and will be closed all day Thursday, January 1.
The Lake House:
• New Year’s Eve – will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31. Please note that during the closure, property owners and club members with after-hours access will be able to access the facility with their QR code.
• Thursday, January 1, will open at 5:00 am for property owners (with after-hours access) and 8:00 am for guests.
Town of Seabrook Island Offices:
• New Year’s Day – will be closed all day Thursday, January 1.
Vincent’s Drug Store:
• New Year’s Day – will be closed all day Thursday, January 1.
Harris Teeter:
• New Year’s Eve – will have regular hours on Wednesday, December 31.
• New Year’s Day – will have regular hours on Thursday, January 1.
Post & Computer Center:
• New Year’s Eve – will open from 9:00 am until noon on Wednesday, December 31.
• New Year’s Day – will be closed all day Thursday, January 1.
• They will reopen on Friday, January 2, with regular hours.
