Bob Becker has graciously accepted an offer to provide a little “earthy” music from 9 to 10 am at the Earth Day Celebration this Friday, April 21, at the Lake House.
His easy listening, soft rock (60’s and 70’s), and folk songs are very fitting for the occasion. Bob has been playing guitar and singing since age 15 and has performed publicly for about 40 years. He has provided music for the Seabrook Island Tree-Lighting ceremony for the past three years and accompanies his son Adam at Fischer’s Sports Pub every other Tuesday night.
He and his wife Vicky are full-time residents of Seabrook. Bob volunteers for the Turtle Patrol and Adopt-A-Highway. Both groups will be represented at the Celebration.
If you are collecting corks and batteries, don’t forget that you can dispose of them at the Lake House for recycling on Friday.
