The Sunday November 13th edition of the Charleston Post & Courier showered fulsome praise on Seabrook Island for its prize-winning beach renourishment project. There were no veiled criticisms, no holding back. In the 35 years I’ve been a part-time and full-time Seabrooker, it’s the most positive take on our island that I’ve ever read in the P&C. I write just to ensure that all Seabrookers, especially those who don’t regularly read the Post and Courier, know the POA’s hard work and foresight has been recognized locally and well as nationally. And hooray for we property owners for anteing-up the hard cash that has saved our beach.
