The Lake House has announced two new Yoga Classes to begin in June, 2017.
Chair Yoga – Join instructor Natasha Stevens, for an hour long semi private chair yoga class on Wednesdays at 2:45 pm in the Lake House. This class is every Wednesday during the month of June beginning June 7, 2017.
Chair Yoga makes yoga accessible to everyone, everywhere. You don’t have to get down on the floor, you don’t need special clothes, and you don’t need any special equipment. Whether you need some quick stretches that you can do at your desk, are recovering from surgery or need a comprehensive exercise program that you can do from a chair, Chair Yoga offers benefits to help you feel better, move better, and live better.
The cost is $48 for the 4 week series (Fee is charged to your POA/Club account.) This semi private yoga series is not part of the monthly group schedule at The Lake House and therefore not included in the unlimited class pass. Space is limited to 10 participants and registration is as first come, first serve. Please note, there are no drop-ins.

Oceanside Yoga – Join Natasha Stevens, certified Yoga instructor, as she leads a relaxing yoga class next to the water at The Beach Club’s beautiful Ocean Terrace. The class is every Tuesday from June 6 to August 8 and is from 7:30 am until 8:30 am.
This class is open to Property Owners, Club Members, and guests. Attendees are asked to bring a mat, towel, sunglasses & a light jacket. Extra mats will be available if needed. Cost per class is $10 for Property Owners/Club Members and $15 for guests. Oceanside Yoga is included in the monthly unlimited class pass. Charges will be placed on your Property Owner, Club Member or rental guest account. Please note, there is no preregistration or reservation required. Class will be cancelled if bad weather is expected, please check the weather before attending.
