The Lake House offers a wide variety of exercise and fitness classes geared to many levels and interests. The class instructors emphasize working at your own pace and often suggest different intensities so that you can choose how strenuous a workout you would like.
We are very fortunate to have a great group of instructors. You can read their biographies on the wall in the workout area.
