Move Better Fitness Semi-Privates Series

Are you ready to move with more confidence and stability? It is time to gain that extra step by challenging and improving your core, posture, and balance through functional exercises.

Functional movements are essential components in all stages of life. Providing confidence and greater performance in all activities in one’s daily life while helping to prevent injury is the focus of this workshop. Everyday activities such as lifting groceries, being able to sit and stand, and even moving flowerpots, take strength and balance.

Moving better is fitness itself!

When: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, and 2/24 (Wednesdays)

This class will work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the CORE.

RideSBI Semi-Privates Series

Come join instructor Sarah Mae for the ride of your life!  This 8-week semi-private series will start at 8:30 am on Saturday, February 6. Class will be held socially distanced and outside at the Lake House.

What is Spin? Spinning is a group exercise class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular and recovery training while on a stationary bike. Sarah Mae brings her passion for running to class with a mix of high intensity endurance and cardio driven rides.

Never taken a Spin class … no problem, the great thing about Spin is that you can enjoy the energy of a group class while tailoring the experience to your individual fitness level and goals. Each rider controls his or her own RPM and resistance.

What to bring: Towel and Water. Since we will be Spinning outside, Sarah Mae suggests a jacket or sweatshirt that you can easily take off once you get warmed up.

Please note, space in the semi-private series is limited to 9 participants and preregistration is required.  This class is not included in the monthly class pass.  The fee will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account.  No drop ins or refunds.  The series is available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.
