Activities and Events

October is going to be busy at The Lake House! Here are some of the activities and events that are planned:

  • MUSC Flu Shot Clinic 
    • Thursday, October 14, from 9:00 am to 1:00pm in Osprey 2 at The Lake House
  • Dogtober Pool Party –It’s your dog’s turn to cool off and enjoy an afternoon at the Lake House Outdoor Pool. The dog days of summer have never been more fun!
    • Thursday, October 14, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at The Lake House Outdoor Pool
  • Halloween Pet Parade & Costume Contest – Dress your pet in their best costume and bring ’em to The Lake House for some Halloween fun!
    • Wednesday, October 27, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The Lake House

Fitness and Recreation

October Recreation & Fitness Schedule
New Semi-Private Series and Workshops added:

  • Yin Yoga Series – Yin yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body.
    • Tuesdays, from October 5-26 at 5:15 pm – $56 for the series ($14 per workout)
  • Chair Yoga Series – Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.  
    • Wednesdays from October 6-27 at 2:30 pm – $56 for the series ($14 per workout)

The Seabrook Island Property Owners website includes everything you need to know about these classes, any cancellations that may occur, and The Lake House Spa as well as The Lake House Guide. Once on the SIPOA website, look at the area close to the top of the homepage for The Lake House. There is a dropdown menu with all this information.

Please note that everyone (vaccinated and unvaccinated) is required to wear a mask inside The Lake House. However, masks may be removed while exercising.
