STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY EXPRESS
BEGINS JANUARY 4TH

In Strength & Flexibility Express, participants are guided through a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses based on yoga, tai-chi, and Pilates. Set to powerful, inspiring music, this holistic workout brings your body into a state of harmony and balance. You’ll strengthen your entire body, improve your flexibility, increase core strength, and enhance overall balance while you reduce stress levels. You’ll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbeing and calm. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and multiple options for modifications are provided.

Join Meagan Bergeron on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM for
Strength & Flexibility Express, the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

ZUMBA MOVES TO 9:15 AM

Beginning, Wednesday, January 4th, Zumba with Meagan Bergeron will be moving to 9:15 AM on Wednesdays and Fridays.
