The Scottish Society of Charleston, Inc., a non-profit organization, promotes Scottish heritage, history and customs through the conduct of ongoing events in the Lowcountry which educate our youth and assist other Scottish-American organizations. The games include Piping and Drumming Competitions, Highland Dancing competition, Scottish Country Dancing, Highland Wrestling, Border Collie Demonstrations, Genealogy, Celtic and Clan Tents, and Children’s Games. New this year, the games will include Women’s Athletic Competition, Fiddling Competitions and beer served by Highland Brewery. This event will be held at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant.
